Data controller

The data controller is Luca Dragonetti, Italy. For any privacy question you can send me an email.

What data I process and why

Technical browsing data. The site is hosted by IONOS. When you visit a page, the server automatically logs your IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. This is needed to run the site and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I don't use it to profile you, and it is deleted according to IONOS's retention periods.
Emails you send me. If you contact me, I use your address and what you send only to reply and, for a partnership, to manage it (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep emails for as long as the conversation and any legal obligations require.

Cookies and tools

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. Fonts are loaded from my own server, not from external services. If you pick a language, your browser remembers it on your device (localStorage) for future visits: this stays on your device and is never sent to me.

External links and affiliate link

Links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and RaceBox lead to third-party sites with their own privacy policies. The RaceBox link is an affiliate link: on its own site RaceBox may use cookies to recognise that you came from here and pay me a commission.

Who processes data on my behalf

IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) hosts the site as data processor. Emails are delivered to my email provider. I never sell or share your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Art. 15-22 GDPR): just send me an email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.
